How to delete your KoCoach account?
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us via the contact form or send an email to:
service@kocoach.tech
Make sure to include the email address linked to your KoCoach account.
What data will be deleted?
Upon processing your request, we will delete:
- login credentials,
- profile information (e.g., name, age, training preferences),
- activity history and any other in-app data.
Data that may be temporarily retained:
Some data (e.g., data required by law) may be retained for up to 30 days after account deletion, strictly for security or legal compliance purposes (e.g., accounting or tax regulations).
Processing time:
Account deletion requests are handled within up to 7 business days after receiving a complete request.
